hi Gert, i have also Thundering Voice dont work on T1 bosses but work on trash mobs in Kyli. Tested with the spellguards and works 100% Used it yesterday

Thundering Voice is useful on at least 1 Tier 2 boss as well - just can't remember which one at this moment

Sounds cool, did a few times BRC but hadnt Thundering Voice that time. Have it now maxed out. Cant wait to gear up my ToS in BRC

Anyway will test a few builds after the new patch and post here some experiance.

Respecced to this for my main ToS setup...adds a bit more DPS to the build and still has the nice buffs/heals. Not tried this yet on raids but should add a bit more dps

Used that build in Onyx tonight - a lot better dps without any sacrifice to healing...biggest crit I saw was from Column Lighting at 2,333

Just need to try it in a raid now

Bit of a slacker update but works well in raids as well (unless I'm distracted )...needs some positioning to get Column Lightning maxxing out but does nice dps and nice heals...Vital Shock turned out to be my 2nd biggest attack on the K run tonight

works fine so far. mainly for t2 as it's aoe focused. T3 would requiere 100% single target dps.

As my ToS is my main character now lets post some about the build: Current build

Basically i'm pretty dependant of a good tank in group instances. Pulling aggro is easy and much survival I dont have. Power of the Serpent Ring gives me a short magical bubble and we have the spark ofc. But when the tank is good and I can go nuts the DPS is imba.

Alternative build with more survival can be like this: More survival Serpent transmutation is a nice regen bubble. Only I hate Triumphant Life of Set. Always forget my blue heal deals damage which causes problems sometimes....

Thundering Voice is a must btw. Interrupt is really useful in Khitai. And a ToS without it in T3 should be kicked. Absolute must for the Arbanus fight.

I also tried a pure single target dps build with a Lightning Strike spec but I utterly suck with that. My single target DPS with a Storm Field build is much better.

great survival, max healing (posible from feats), dps depends on what gear i use- and it is ok anyways since i take 1 more rogue or mage who can cover my "lack" of dps.
some explains for stupid things i done: 1.lighting cast- sometimes i need instantly green heal, so i dont waste time casting it (either in pve or boss fight or whenever)
2. bubble- sometimes get some aggro from some mobs (usualy adds) helps a lot- scream on vent is also good but this is quiet way
3. serpant ring- pvp pve survivability anyways
4. prison of souls- good dps boost
5. grounding charge- roots bloody roots. cc always good
6. rousing shock- must be good for something when find out ill tell ya
7. ah faithful in set- litle more heal or little more in dps... well i pick heal (rogues r there, aswell as mages)
8. coalesce ether, blood mana- MUST no further explanation
9. other is pretty much standard

11. btw aura of nebthu... yeah iff u wanna be aggro monkey in raids, and 3 sec cast time is too fking long for anything serious

Thundering Voice is missing in that build. Quite useful and a MUST in TAS.

Little bit pvp oriented, but can be used to get tank out of stun in Pagoda or saving slackers out of fire in T'ian'an. Might work in Chatha/W2 too to get tanks out of stun, but need to have tank and tos on the same group.

No Faithful of Set, no need for that. Heals are good enough anyway. Waste of 3 points imho. As spamming blue heal for DPS (with Triumphant) will never let you stack it seriously.
No Rousing Shock, never use it I found out.
Aura of Nebthu, is nice but vital shock has same or better DPS (in groups and T3, in T2 it rocks tho). And I prefer the bubble nowadays. Can take aggro at least once without harm.

And why let others do DPS as you can do it also??? Makes the life of the group much easier.

Faithful of Set is good... It gets full stack after 5 ticks of stormfield (10secs) and does not get consumed by Life of Set. If you keep stack up by storm field or charged blasts your blue heal is always +5%. Only bear shammy feated heal +6.5% beats that.

Edit: Description talks about increasing your next Life of Set. That is not true. Your dps will increase your ongoing blue heals as long as you keep stack up.

Don't get that talent confused with "Growing Storm" talent that reduces mana cost of Life of Set per 25% per hit (or SF tick) and is consumed when spamming Life of Set.

Ahh yes, you're right. Still I would never give up DPS ^^. And blue heals get overwritten anyway.
