I have used this build on all the bosses in T3 and it works!
You loose some physical invuns but its worth it!

I have speced mana drain, which is a must for Louhi, BUT if you aren't there yet, use the 4 points from dissipate ether and Incinerate Ether on Iron skin in the general tree.
