T3 Crafting:
The first step is to buy the recipe and craft the Strange Malleable Alloy (this Alloy is bound to the crafter and can not be traded), afterwards you have to find the "hidden" quest in order to advance.
Let's look at one of the Weaponsmith recipes to further illustrate the requirement:
Picture:

As you can see these weapons require the same Base weapons as the Cultural weapons, plus 100x of a green armorsmith/weaponsmith tradeskill item bought in guild cities or resources zones, plus and most importantly two different Ingots.
Required Ingots (Acheronian Steel, Atlantium, Eventide, Cromite):
Now each Archetype (Mage, Soldier, Priest and Rogue) is capable of crafting their own specific Ingot (these Ingots are not bound on pickup, so can be traded). Which means that you need to complete the Hathor-Ka encounter in "crafting mode" twice, each time with a different Archetype.
For example:
If you used a Mage to craft your first Ingot, you will need to use a Soldier, Priest or Rogue for the second time in order to get 2x different Ingots.
Conclusion:
The achievement is to beat the tradeskill modes in Hathor-Ka with two different Archetypes, not the crafting of a weapon itself. Guilds that are claiming to having finished the T3 crafting should therefore be required to prove the crafting of 2x different Ingots.
NOTE: This is an issue because Ingots are not bound on pickup, so anyone can purchase one or two crafted Ingots and claim to having successfully finished the "crafting" themselves.
