Translated what a conq in one of my other guilds wrote on the conq changes after testing out both on test and Live. He was nr 2 dps in wing1 with this build yesterday, in a pug. Lost out on top spot on last fight.

- Some observations:
WAAH imroved frenzy many consider lacking since it only affect white hits and frenzy has been nerfed since 1.04 but it still boost a carnage conq 1.05.1 by affecting bleeds(DoT). My bloodbath V procs for 400/600/sec in frenzy and is a 360 degree AoE combo. Guarded frenzy is required if u intend to go frenzy mode.
- Only invest 1 point in Defiance, gives 500 hp instant groupheal, additional points will get it up to 950 but waste of points in my opinion.
-Just 2 points in Deep Wounds ? Yes, because points spent here only increase base dmg and will not even increase proc rate.
-Cunning is your new friend. Its atoggle ability now which give -5% hate when active. Turn off if u need to off tank something.
-Flashing defense is now an ability and not a combo. 2 min CD, 8 second 100 % melee evade. Your get-out-of-jail card so to speak if u get aggro from something nasty
The most OP now isnt a feat but, a Formation:Hoarfrost when used in conjunction with Technique. You will get a 30 sec buff which gives +150 crit rating but, also double procs 20/min of Wreck Armorand Elemental Wrack = You can yourself debuff a raid mob just as much as 2barbs and a ToS or whoever has elemental wrack (-fire/cold/electrical). Pure madness
