Who knows how to get the Paymaster in Common District? I know how to get the Guard boss and the trouble maker boss, but not sure how to get the pay master. He drops gem cutter recipes, I like to try to get some!
Who wants to help?

Cool!
Yes found it too after posting.

So...
- Kill the Troublemakers.
- Get a message that says "Unrest is growing in the district".
- Kill more Troublemakers and get the same message again. Make sure you don't let too many toublemakers gather and get the reset message "An angry mob is gathering".
- Get the message "Unrest is growing in the district" about 23 times, knock on doors to get more troublemakers and get more messages.
- Wait for the message "Unrest is growing Fiercer". This is your cue, the Paymaster should spawn in the square.
- Get an other mob growing, this time let it get angry and spawn the Riot or Guard boss. Kill that boss.
- Repeat the Paymaster spawing to get more recipes.

So it worked!
This weekend I did this and got one recipe. We got 23 messages that said "Unrest is growing in the district" and the 24th message was "Unrest is growing Fiercer".
The 25th message was “The Paymaster has entered the City Square” and the boss was there. We killed it with 4, easy like the other two less rare bosses.
We had 2 people knocking on doors. We had a message about every 2 minutes to 2.5 minutes. I am not sure if knocking on doors made the messages come faster or not, I will try this week to see if it does help or not.
The recipe that drop, is the Moonstone of Bel's Mirth recipe. Not bad for a DT in an Ibis.
I will try to get more this week, if anyone interested, of course the recipe are free for all, but you need minimum one hour of free time. It’s kind of nice and relax we get to talk about all kind of things.

Its slightly harder than those 2 others. And have aoe fear.
Also troublemakers are (still) coming to that square while fighting, so dps/healers must have extra care not killing themselves with 3-6 troublemakers that might be around packing up.

Ok, did a few test today.
Clearly it is fater if we have people knocking on doors. without anyone knocking on doors the message took 5 or 6 minutes to come up.
So depending how many troublemakers there is in the instance the message apears. Or I actualy think it depends how many troublemakers were spawned.
Because you can kill the troublemaker as soon as he apears and you still get the message, well, I think so I will test that again.
In any case, if you have 2 people knocking on doors and 2 people killing the troublemakers before there are 6 in the city center, it is the fastest you will get the 24 message needed.
It takes about an hour.
So who has an hour to spend with me chatting on TS and knocking on doors?
