Can anyone give me a level by level guide of the feats and whats best to use in a PvE situation.

Also if someone could run me through the best places to quest at what levels that would be ace.

BS guide ... nooo idea.

lvl area ... Wildlands/Conalls Valley/Khopshef province ... until you run out of quests in these area .. if you do even the grey quest you should got close to 39-40 ..

Nobel District / Field of the Dead .. about until you reach early 50s
Eglophian Mountains .. mid to late 50s.
Ymir's Pass afterwards ... should last till mid 60s ... Thunder River as well
Atzels approach mid 60s onwards
69+ Kheshatta
75+ Common District and Khesatta

Some areas run sort of parallel ... do some quest in one place then move on to the oither thnen back again ... like FotD and Nobel Quaters


At least I thik that is the rough leveling area progression

I shall follow those places, i might go to wildlands soon because i am only left with a few group quests that i can't seem to get any groups for at the moment.

I have a few friends but they don't play when i play really so its hard.

Junoa and Tafale both have an 80 BS (Tafale's is an alt) so I'd say them 2 are the best to ask for builds...I know Taf has used his on raids a bit more as well so might have some feedback for that area as well

this is pure healing build, but how ever you must use the debuffs to do more damage( winter manifestation for example )I hope this will help you.

Hi

my current build, complements the 2 most important roles a bs has in a Raid, debuff and heals.

For good measures excess points has been asign to improve dps on skills part of my regular skill rotation.
