This might be my T2 build when we're raiding there more often because of higher demand of debuffs than T1.

Lingering Hell is amazing in long duration fights against a single target since it will stay up the whole fight without recasting (Kyllikky, Gargoyle Master, Blood-infused Gargoyle). It can also be casted before the fight starts to keep downtime to an minimum since the affect lasts for 20 sec before you need to refresh it by hitting an enemy.

This build has better survivability in the form of Mindless Brute and Improved Phoenix Cloak but this relies on being careful since it lacks the "reverse" goad option.

DPS is still decent with Butcher since this is less magic damage oriented than my previous posted one.

Did a quick run on TL in SH with this - full T1 and got around 480DPS; about 70% of my kills were chain kills and got a couple of 7 chain kills and a few 6 chain kills...most were 2 or 3 chain kills though

Have to play with it a bit more to see what I want to go - but this has some nice debuffs for high-end group or raid runs.
