Dalluh's current build

It's a hybrid build based on decent pve dmg but versatility for pvp. I don't use any General feats as mana regen comes from gear and Earth Recharge; Purge (for PvP) isn't needed as Shock and Shockstrike have the extra range; dmg buffs from gear and debuffs.

Both Shock and Hellfire Stream apply Elemental Torment - so easy to get maxed and keep maxed. Build has 2 stuns, 2 roots and 2 knockbacks - with Detonation allowing for flexibility in pvp. Crits come quickly and both fire and electricity are buffed nicely.

Demonic Warlord pet is used with this for the slight damage increase.

Tweaked it slightly - still hybrid and still works well in PvP but a slight tweak to offer some more dps in PvE (seems to work well, topped 3million dmg in W2 last night ;))

Can have a mana issue in longer boss fights but use of Magic Circle and Archfiend's Pact helps - also have rank 2 Bindings of the Skylord and rank 2 Cacodemon (both AAS), and also the increased range for Shock and Hellfire Stream (rank 1 each).

Might tweak a bit more but I'm happy with this - good balance of damage types (especially handy in PvP), debuffs (-1250 protection, -10% invulnerability and -628CR (~-25dps) from Black Ashes), cc and overall awesomeness ;)

For PvP i only really see two options for demo.

standard turret build
http://aoc.yg.com/feat-planner?class=44&tpl=1024-05,1025-05,1036-05,1027-02,1037-05,1038-05,1055-01,1040-03,1032-03,1033-03,1042-02,1050-05,1041-02,1049-05,1035-01,4106-25,4100-25,4103-25,4116-21,4101-25,4108-21,4110-22,4105-23

...and then there is this. It used to be my standard build (or a modified version for use in pve too), and i loved playing with it. It took away all the fears that so many demos have of close range, you could get in the mixer and really get dirty. But since the cc changes I now only use it for duels:

Some of the AAS range increases can help in PvP - think I have them all maxxed on Dalluh atm...need to return to PvP though to see how it goes but was doing well on the build some time back...

Hmm...got some free time atm so might play a bit on the demo :p

Yeah, I love points in them, the extra range in shcok and Hellfire stream is beautiful. But still I think my favourite range increase is from unleashed power! ... pff corners? who cares.

Enjoy the pvp! good luck!

Unfortunatly, since the cc changes, hybrid has been gimped in pvp. Yes it still has the most dps, but I just don't get to use it as much. It is much harder to perform well in close range combat, and because of this I can't come close to the dps I used to be able to pull off with WoF and heavy incinerate damage. For the majority of pvp situations, on balance, I now prefer havok general.

The main conflag positives of a pvp hybrid are now: detonation, firey torment buff (arguably now our best cc), instant HS and if you go that far, phase out. However, the way I see it, a hybrid build with a deep havok influence actually ends up shooting itself in the foot. Pact of the dread is possibly one of the best feats we have, with SW and all of the other buffs we can get on shockstrike and critical damage it is simply amazing. However, in hybrid, incinerate also uses up the POD stacks, essentially making POD useless and heavily limiting potentially massive crits.
