Hello,

Seems like this is going to be my first topic too. Well, I've been in the guild for a while, silently leveling up to 80 and at the same time preparing for the endgame, more or less. I was leveling up my armorsmithing as i went along with my levels, hoping in the end to go farming Onyx for pom culture armor recipies so i could make it myself, when it hit me, why not ask in the guild for help?

Obviously it would be a lot faster and a lot simpler if there was someone atm in the guild who is able to craft Argossean Sunpalmer set. I even have most of the mats required now, even if im lvl 70 still by the time i hit 80 (won't take long as i am waiting for that magical lvl barrier when you get your current lvl + accumulated offline lvls = 80 ding ) i will have all of the mats required.

Long story short, could i expect a helping hand? Or should i have to pay for the work for the crafter as well (may be reasonable, as i am an outsider still), or no one in the guild atm can craft it?

Hi Lizdeika

as long as you got all the mats it shouldn't cost you anything if a guild member can craft it. However I don't know if someone can craft it or not ... to be honest .

2 Things so:

a) check /tell boabot !gitems ... and see if anyone has logged the required armour piece as craftable ... if it isn't there that doesn't mean noone can craft it, it just means noone logged it with the bot
b) someone replies in this thread AND/OR ask in Guild Chat when you are online to see if someone can craft it.

Onyx runs ... probably a bit harder from a Guild perspective to organize it. At least on a regular basis. If people are up to some Onyx runs, I'm happy to put it onto Raidplaner etc. However it is always just a chance for a Recipe to drop in Onyx, so potentially one would need to farm Onyx for quite a while. But if enough people would want it ...

Ok, i will do those things.
Well, i understand that to farm all of the recipies would take considerable amount of time. In the end i would probably accumulate enough money and pay for the set myself
Anyways, i need this armor set, because, as i imagine, it's the best you can get before any T1 raids... So, one way or another i will have to get it

the other option would be to look in the Guild Bank / have a chat with Gert (he stores some guild blue items) if we got any suitable blue lvl 80 gear around ... it won't be cultural and not guaranteed that we got something but worthwhile checking

Actually khitai blue healer sets r much better then crafted gear , also better then most of t1/t2 raid gear , so if u have chance join some normal/hard mode khitai dungeons and u should get really nice set and wont coust u any mats/gold

I can craft the main pieces (Head, chest, and legs) of the argossan set, they are lvl 78 pieces so you can use them before the lvl 80 Khitai blues.

About Khitai - mhm, i assume loot would be better, but i still haven't bought the expansion, been delaying it as i do not need it until lvl 80 But yes, it's a good idea to do 6 man hard modes there too, when i can.
