This encounter consist of 2 stages. The first stage is killing the adds (Gargoyles) and kill the humanoid boss, the second stage is killing the humanoid boss that has respawned as a Gargoyle.
First stage
Gargoyles use Fear (a lot) and the humanoid Boss puts a stun randomly on ppl. Necro's should get as much pets up as possible for the stun so as to absorb it (better a pet is stunned than a player). A minimum of 7 soldiers are needed, depending on how long it takes get to get the adds down. Make a list of Sand/Shatter Stone users like the Vistrix banelist. If 1 of the sand users is stunned he has to warn the raid leader, so the next on the list knows he has to be to ready to unstun.
MT + healer tank the humanoid boss at the fireplace, as soon as the MT goes in 2 offtanks position themselves next to the boss facing the main raid. Main raid positions between pillar at the left first gargoyle and the second pillar in a small huddle like at Vistrix.
* When the first Gargoyles come alive, offtanks charge in and get aggro, left gargoyle is kited to the dps group, the right gargoyle is kited around at the right side of the instance, offhealers don't forget to heal them from time to time.
* All DPS nukes the hell out of the first gargoyle and remember use debuffs to get him down quickly, getting the adds down quickly and without loosing anyone is the key. The next 2 adds will come alive after about 10 seconds after the first spawn of gargoyles.
* When ppl get the stun on them they still have a little time they can move but at reduced speed, if you notice you start to move slowly you must huddle up together at a fixed place so the sand/shatter stone which is a coneheal/unstun (just like the Vistrix bane) can be debuffed together.
* Don't waste sand on 1 person except if the MT is stunned and don't pick it up before going to unstun/heal the stunned ppl.
As soon as all adds are down, full out DPS on the Boss, as sooner has he's down the less ppl are stunned. When the humanoid boss is down he will respawn, starting the second stage of the fight.
Second Stage
Actually nothing more then Tank & Spank but because GOAD doesn't work (on any T2 boss), give the MT about 20 seconds to build up aggro. After this all can go in, don't forget to use debuffs on the boss. As soon as he fears, ALL dps STOP and let the MT retake aggro, this repeats itself untill he's down.
