The Argossean culture set is almost in my possession so what kind of gems are the best....

Lyss will probably have a better idea but the following is probably what I'd take if I was going raid support (note - not just healing
)
PoM Specific:
- Divine/Sacred Lance
- Light of Mitra
- Divine Halo
- Holy Cleansing
- Blessing of Mitra/Vengeful Blessing
General Priest:
- Grace
- Guiding Spirit/All-encompassing Spirit
- Soothe the Soul
- Ether Discharge (not sure how PoMs are affected by mana in 1.05 but this could be useful)
Gem-wise: Yellow - Wisdom gem and Blue - Magic damage (it's what I use on my ToS anyway
)

PoMs could do decent dps in 1.04 but not in 1.05, I'm beginning to believe it's just not worth it (the bloody effort). The most important healing feats are Divine Lance and Divine Halo, instant-cast Radiance isn't bad either (general tree).
If you want to be a healbot (which gets boring really fast, believe me), all you need to do is keep Emanation of Life up, cast Wave of Life every 12 seconds to get the initial healing bonus, spam Lance of Mitra and use Radiance when needed. Divine Halo adds 238 (give or take) every 3 seconds or so, which is not bad but doesn't make a big difference either.
Most PoM feats are designed to boost dps, I have yet to test Mitra's Searing Eye which is said to have it's damage buffed now. I find trying to get as high dps as possible more fun than healbotting, but that's just me.
I think this
is the best Divinity build to go for if you really don't want to do damage.
