Modo's current build
Normally stay in Blood Rage Stance for the health and extra dps; used this on a BRC W1 run and was consistently in the top 3 on boss fights and top 5 overall on DPS...does some very nice aoe damage if you can line mobs up for Wreck Armour I or II/Jagged Cut/Whirlwind/CoS/Dance of Death/Wreck Armour III; probably can get higher as I get better gear (had a few T1 pieces and the T1 1h axe, off-hand was the hammer from AF):

If you have Shrapnel (as you do), then Rupture Armour is a good addition as you can stack Wreck Armour - plus Dance of Death + Too Many to Count + Shrapnel = lots of aoe nastiness

Testing this at the moment - may look a bit odd but it is built for the 1.07.2 and AAS stuff that is coming

I have tested quite a few builds and only found one to be really good, or well, as best as it could be done. To get a good dps going (if you want to be among the top 5) you basically only have to use the cyclone combos (thats the highest tier to be used first and then the one below it, rinse and repeat). Jagged Cut is simply too slow.
Use your feats like Overpower, haste etc. with it and you will be as good as you can be with dps for a barbarian.
You should try that=)
Anyway, heres the secret fart feats, handed over to me in gaseous form by my ancestors
The only thing I wanted to change is put that toughness feat (general) on the Acrobat skill (general) but that wont change much
