Astrolabes are the only consumable an Architect can make- they are used at the Megalith to give a buff (Alignment of the Stars II) to stamina/mana/health tap ratings; the increase is +72/2%

Copper Astrolabe - requires 5 x Fine Jeweller's Tools, 10 x Copper, 1 x Tumbaga - gives Stamina Tap

Silver Astrolabe - requires 5 x Fine Jeweller's Tools, 10 x Silver, 2 x Tumbaga - gives Mana Tap

Gold Astrolabe - requires 5 x Fine Jeweller's Tools, 10 x Gold, 5 x Tumbaga - gives Life Tap

Each one gives 1,349 Artistry.

When built, these Megaliths grant a celestial bonus to mana-tap, health-tap, or stamina-tap to any visitor, depending on what Astrolabe is used in its presence.

Please note Astrolabes are per user - and they won't grant the buff to any group or raid...this makes it expensive but some classes benefit better from some buffs than others.

Do we know what the buff would be with a major (epic) megalith?

I would guess 3% but I only know of 1 Epic Megalith been built...

How long the buffs last?

1, 2 or 5 illustrium per buff feels rather expensive.
