After a lot of (vocal) pushing, they've finally done a thread similar to the one that was up for the US when they had their issues with 3.1:

Community Server

There are issues (mainly memory leaks) with the community server that lead to groups, raids, PvP groups disbanding and also showing empy friends lists or guild lists. Update 3.1.5 last week did fix some of these issues but not all. We are working on additional tweaks and improvements and hope to have these ready as soon as possible. There is a chance that we can deploy these fixes to the live servers later this week (pending internal testing).

Update 10th Jan, 13:03 - Update 3.2 will include fixes of memory leaks on the community server. We plan to have 3.2 ready for the live servers tomorrow (as always pending testing).

Trader not showing items

We are aware that items being offered over the tradeposts are disappearing visually. This is being investigated by our developers and database managers.

Update 10th Jan, 13:03 - Update 3.2 will include a fix so crafted items should no longer disappear from the tradeposts. We plan to have 3.2 ready for the live servers tomorrow (as always pending testing).

Latency/connection

Many players have reported bad connections or high latency. This seems to be related partly to data packets being lost on the way to our server center. So it involves external companies that need to be contacted and worked with. That does sometimes delay the progress made but our technicians and server hosting partner are working on it. The connection issues might in addition be related to hardware issues in the server center. This is also under investigation.

Update 10th Jan, 14:39 - Several changes and improvements will be included in the next update that will address some of the causes of the latency issues. These changes will be included in the update that is planned for tomorrow, Wednesday.

Upcoming fixes and updates

Currently we plan to have update 3.2 ready tomorrow (Wednesday, 11th of January). During this downtime we would also apply changes and improvements to hardware. If internal testing would indicate that update 3.2 is not ready for tomorrow, we would still have a downtime to apply the mentioned hardware changes. More information on this will follow later today.

Update 10th Jan, 14:39 - So far it is still looking good for update 3.2 to be ready tomorrow. As mentioned before, various improvements and fixes of the above listed issues will be included. We will announce the downtime as soon as all the details are avaialble.

Final testing of update 3.2 is ongoing. So far it looks good for tomorrow still. We'll announce the final downtime details a little later today when all has been approved and confirmed. As mentioned before, we will have a downtime tomorrow, Wednesday, for sure. If not for update 3.2 then to apply some of the fixes to hardware and back-end.

From this week's community update:

Earlier this week we had maintenance on the EU servers mainly to address the latency and connection issues some players still experienced. During this maintenance, we switched the routing to our hosting center in two ways. We switched the general routing to Telia International, which decreased the amount of hops a packet will take to the game-servers; and we added a new carrier for certain routes: Level 3. Both newly established carriers should improve link stability and for many of our customers even decrease the latency.


Not really noticed a difference myself...

Just noticed the massive raid bug fails on Fri and Sat night. We had to abandon to raids cos as soon as we reform the bug hits.

i get random spikes in pvp all day ..stil found my self in groups bugd and cant drop form them.. minis finis with no reason after 5 mins of start.
when i open the shop window game freeze and cant click in shop..
if you die and there is no ress pad in a mini you end dead and stuck only petition works.
i think is worst than last year..high ms unstable is near 4 years game and those type of bugs or fails of com are really make me feel stupid sometimes that keep playing
they say we do that and this to improve bt i see only worst ..is no excuse raid F(*^ group stuck and more
is normal to have bugs in new adds bt total fail to have same old shit so long..

The only difference Ive noticed lately the last 3-4 weeks, is the massive drop in fps when you open the in-game store. I go from an average 80 fps to 2. Not exactly sure when this started but I think I first noticed it the 3'd week in February when it was time to claim the 3'd weekly bonus items.

That started on the last major patch. The same patch that broke several UIs. I'm guessing that in-game web browser (that in-game store is using) attempts to render itself for every frame.

Looks like FC has recruited new noobs that think "one line of code can't be that slow".

in ATI gpu shop opens normal no lag or something
in Nvidia got same frame drops

Shop lags for me on ATi so don't think it's a graphics card issue

Goes down to 1-2 fps for me with ATi - either way something is buggered with the shop recently...

Its not GPU related. Its clearly very bad programming.

In-game-store has always been slow on my ATI, but it was only the shop window, so that was not an issue. But last patch somehow tied the refresh rate of that shop into game refresh rate and as a result the whole game fps dropped and causes also freezes that makes f.e. mouseclicks to miss. Its not fun at all to browse the shop until it is reverted or fixed.
