I have a fair few architect receipes, but not this one!! It is actually one of my favourites, I farmed for it for a while but it never dropped. I'm definitly up for helping get the mats for this... rather expensive though :wtf:

Have you seen Midnight gaze? I think this also drops from Keeper.

There is also another one that I like to make. I have the matts and the recipe. It's the only "Epic" centrepiece recipe in the game, it's called "Sorcerer Of Ages". Perhaps where the catapult is. There are only 3 spots in the guild city where this can be placed. I was thinking since the megalith area has been upgraded, with a nice pattern to it, I thought we could slowly do the same around the guild city with some of the decoration spots. So for example, where the catapult is, there is also a few decoration spot around the centrepiece.

For those who don't know there is 2 type of decorations, there are normal decorations, we have lots of those around the city and there are centrepieces, we only have 3 of those, they are generally bigger than the other decorations.

So maybe where the catapult is now, we could build the "Sorcerer of Ages", I believe it's a statue of our arch enemy, Thoth-Amon. It's definitely quite nice. For the normal decoration spot around, I thought we could build something snaky to go with the Sorcerer of Ages.

Obviously this is up to Gert and the other officers, but since I have most of the materials, I wanted to suggest it.

Sorcerer of ages

I would like to see a little revamp in the G.city. Not sure about this one though, we are in poitain afterall and not sure it fits in with our shiny new megalith, which is currently my favourite part of the G city... then again gert does seem to love skulls and snakes, little skull totems everywhere  IF it is decided to get this one, it would also be nice to wait until we downed thoth.

I agree with you Matt, those are definitely more Stygnian than anything. But... I would have to say that close to 85% of decorations are Stygnian. Are really they are the nicest. There is a really nice variety of snaky type of sculpture and decorations. This is mainly why I suggested that, cause if we go for Aquilonian stuff, we don't have many choice. There are some nice statues, but nothing impressive like that Sorcerer of Ages or the Wise sister.

Also, that one, is the only EPIC centrepiece and like everyone knows, purple is better!

But again, I agree, it be better to stick to Aquilonian stuff. Since there is a better choice of Snaky items, I suggest that one of the 3 centrepieces is dedicated to our snake friends.

Think it would be nice with different themed areas with center pieces and surrounding minor decorations. That way it wont look that misplaced, while still offer some variety.

There is limited upgraded space available to us...

- the trebuchet and associated totems/pillars will never be removed; this was to celebrate our 2nd anniversary in AoC (the outer gate was for our first anniversary iirc) as told here and planned here

- the Snake shrine will never go as Horae and Lilie built that (we got the recipe and they both donated the adamant needed just after we ended the raid). This would be where I'd consider the Sorceror of Ages to go with a revamp to the flowers as well but would depend on Horae and Lilie. This is also the only Stygian piece we have ;)

- the Clan Trunk is the only area I'd upgrade and got some ideas for that as a more communal setting - the Sorceror and Wise Sister ones are too big really to fit in that area unfortunately; this area I was looking at updating to a Well of Prayers with Stained Pedestal - although this area again has some of the rarer Tortage flowers.

The skulls/totems are part of our Cimmerian heritage (both Gert and the Guild structure is Cimmerian)...plus they were cheap to get (the totems are from the Bearded Barbarian quests). There is 1 area behind the library that could do with a revamp as well but that has some of the rarer Tortage flowers there so trying to see what we can do there.

The statues in front of the tradepost won't change either as they are the ones from the Hallowe'en event last year.
